Der Vorteil der Verwendung thermoplastischer Elastomere besteht in der F\u00e4higkeit, sich bis zu m\u00e4\u00dfigen Dehnungen zu dehnen und wieder nahezu in die urspr\u00fcngliche Form zur\u00fcckzukehren, was zu einer l\u00e4ngeren Lebensdauer und einem besseren physikalischen Bereich als bei anderen Materialien f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nach Umgebung verf\u00fcgen TPEs \u00fcber hervorragende thermische Eigenschaften und Materialstabilit\u00e4t, wenn sie einem breiten Temperaturbereich und unpolaren Materialien ausgesetzt sind. TPEs verbrauchen bei der Herstellung weniger Energie, lassen sich mit den meisten Farbstoffen leicht einf\u00e4rben und erm\u00f6glichen eine wirtschaftliche Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle.<br>TPE erfordert nur wenig oder gar keine Compoundierung, da keine Verst\u00e4rkungsmittel, Stabilisatoren oder Aush\u00e4rtungssysteme hinzugef\u00fcgt werden m\u00fcssen.
