1.CAPACITY SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 The body bag must have the strength to withstand a weight capacity of more than 150kg and above.
1.2 The body bag must not leak (waterproof) and must not seep liquid when in used.
2.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 The body bag must be made of Polyethylene Vinyl Acetate (PEVA) material.
1.2 The body bag supplied must be Black in color.
1.3 The body bag must measure 240cm ± 5cm (L) x 108cm ± 5cm (W). (refer to
Appendix A)
1.4 The minimum thickness of the body bag is 0.30mm. ± 0.05mm
1.5 The body bag must meet the standard for water penetration resistance
(Determination Of Resistance To Water Penetration – Hydrostatic Pressure Test)
reading not less than 120 cmwg.
1.6 Equipped with six (3) pairs of canvas type strap handles sewn on the left and right of the body bag. The length of each strap measures 138cm ± 5cm after sewing. The minimum strap thickness is 0.50mm. ± 0.05mm. Minimum strap width 5cm ± 1cm (refer to appendix A)
1.7 Each body bag must have a transparent PVC pocket measuring approximately
20cm ± 1cm x 15cm ± 1cm.(vertical) (refer to appendix A)
1.8 The identification sign must be made of cardboard measuring 18cm ± 1 cm x 12cm ± 1 cm
1.9 The identification sign must contain a print of the logo in the middle, the report number, date and investigating officer.
1.10 The bag closure must be an envelope type with (2) heavy duty zips (U-shape) with a length from end to end of 460cm ± 10cm (refer to appendix A)
1.11 The main compartment entrance from the bottom must use a Heavy Duty or Racquet Call Zipper YKK to facilitate the removal of items from the bottom.
1.12 Each body bag must be supplied with (6) pairs of rubber gloves (medical gloves).
1.13 The weight of each body bag must not exceed 2.0 kg without load
1.14 Each body bag must be supplied with 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (50ml).
